Booking Deposit (30%)

Due upon booking confirmation to secure your safari dates and accommodation

Final Balance (70%)

Due 30 days before departure date

Last-Minute Bookings: For safaris booked within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately to confirm the booking.

Payment Security & Policies

Secure Transactions

All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your financial information. We never store complete credit card details on our servers.

Currency

All prices are quoted in USD. Payments in other currencies will be converted at the current exchange rate on the payment date. Bank conversion fees may apply for international transfers.

Receipts & Invoices

You will receive an invoice upon booking and a receipt for each payment made. All documentation will be sent via email. Additional copies can be requested at any time.

Payment Confirmation

Payments are typically confirmed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 2-5 business days to reflect. We'll notify you immediately upon payment confirmation.

We understand that safari holidays are a significant investment. For bookings made 90+ days in advance, we can arrange customized payment plans:
