Your Adventure Begins-Journey to Lake Nakuru
A Tapestry of Africa team member and your private safari guide will pick you up from Nairobi International Airport or your Nairobi hotel. You'll start your safari with a drive to Lake Nakuru through scenic landscapes and villages, with a short game drive along the way. Check into your lodge or camp and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, head out for a game drive. Lake Nakuru is famous for its birdlife—huge flocks of flamingos often turn the shores pink. Look for rhinos, lions, and leopards as you explore acacia woodlands, rocky cliffs, and open grasslands. Return to your lodge for dinner and an evening under the stars.

After breakfast, drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve through Kenya's beautiful landscapes, with photo stops along the way. Arrive at your lodge or camp for lunch and some time to relax. Departure
