1
Day 1

Arrival in Nairobi

A driver will meet you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport arrivals for a scenic transfer through the city, past Nairobi National Park, to the peaceful Karen neighborhood and Hemingways Nairobi Hotel. This luxury boutique hotel is the perfect place to relax after your flight. If time allows, enjoy a spa treatment or take a dip in the pool. The Brasserie offers a variety of international dishes for dinner.

Day 2

Journey to the Masai Mara

After breakfast, transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to the Masai Mara. Upon arrival, your guide will meet you for a brief introduction before heading to camp with a game drive along the way. Settle in with lunch and some time to relax. In the late afternoon, gather for tea in the lounge before heading out for an evening game drive across the plains. Look for lions, cheetahs, and other wildlife as the sun sets. Enjoy drinks and snacks in the bush before returning to camp for a hot shower, fireside conversation, and dinner. Fall asleep to the sounds of the African night.

3 - 4
Day 3 - 4

Discover the Masai Mara National Reserve

Safari mornings start early to catch wildlife at first light. Walking safaris are best in the cool morning hours and can be tailored to your group's pace. You can also visit a nearby Maasai community instead of a game drive for a cultural experience. Morning drives include a packed breakfast, while afternoon drives often end with sundowners. Try a night game drive to spot nocturnal animals in the darkness. End each day around the campfire, sharing stories from your safari adventures.

5
Day 5

Travel to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, fly into Tanzania and over the vast Serengeti National Park, home to one of the world's greatest wildlife spectacles. Transfer to Serengeti Safari Lodge, then head out for an afternoon game drive with sundowners. Watch the sunset over the plains and witness the great migration.

6 - 7
Day 6 - 7

Safari in the Serengeti National Park

Game drives at Serengeti Safari Lodge happen twice daily—mornings and afternoons—with picnic breakfasts or sundowner kits. You can also opt for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch, returning to the lodge mid-afternoon. The Serengeti offers incredible game viewing year-round, with the Great Migration adding extra excitement—dramatic river crossings in the north and intense predator activity in the south as they hunt newborn wildebeest and zebras.

8
Day 8

Travel South to Dunia Camp

Start the day leisurely with breakfast before heading to the airstrip for your flight to Seronera. Upon arrival, your guide from Dunia Camp will meet you for a brief introduction and a relaxed game drive towards camp, leaving the busy Seronera area behind and heading west to the peaceful Moru Kopjes region. After lunch in the shade, settle into camp and enjoy views from your private veranda or the lounge. As the afternoon cools, gather for coffee or drinks before heading out for an evening game drive across the Serengeti plains. Find a scenic spot for sundowners as the sun sets, then return to camp to freshen up before fireside drinks and dinner.

9-10
Day 9-10

Explore the Central Serengeti National Park

Game drives at Dunia happen twice daily—mornings and afternoons—with picnic breakfasts or sundowner kits. You can also do a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch, returning to camp mid-afternoon. The Serengeti's wildlife is abundant year-round, and Dunia's central location gives you access to the Great Migration herds no matter the season. A full-day drive covers the southern plains, western corridor, and central regions for diverse game viewing. For something special, consider adding a hot air balloon safari for a unique perspective on the wildlife.

11
Day 11

Travel the Mystical Ngorongoro Highlands

After breakfast, head to Seronera Airstrip for your flight to Lake Manyara. Upon arrival, your guide from The Highlands will meet you for a 3-hour transfer up into Ngorongoro. Enjoy the scenic drive through the lively town of Karatu and into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The steep ascent winds through lush jungle until you reach the crater rim road with breathtaking views over the crater. Stop here to stretch your legs and enjoy a picnic lunch. Continue along the crater rim, then head into the green rolling highlands of Ngorongoro. Pass goat herders and waving school children as you circle the base of Ol Moti Crater before arriving at The Highlands. Settle into camp, acclimatize to the altitude, and enjoy dinner.

12
Day 12

Explore the Ngorongoro Crater

Start early to be among the first vehicles on the Ngorongoro Crater floor. Leave camp in the cold darkness, bundled in warm jackets and Maasai blankets. The chill quickly fades as you descend the caldera walls. On the crater floor, stop for coffee and breakfast snacks during your game drive. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, surrounded by grunting hippos. By mid-afternoon, head back up the caldera walls to the rim and return to camp. Freshen up and enjoy a drink at the bar before dinner.

13
Day 13

Return to Nairobi

After breakfast, leave the highlands and retrace your route around the crater rim and down the outer slopes of Ngorongoro back to Lake Manyara Airstrip. Fly to Kilimanjaro Airport to collect your bags and continue with your onward travel
